In my role as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics since 2011, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals make informed decisions about their appearance and skin health, ensuring they feel confident and empowered in their choices.
Unlike many others in my field, aesthetic nursing has been my sole focus throughout my medical career. My previous role as an aesthetic sales representative and trainer for the products I now inject has provided me with invaluable insights that I bring to my current practice in medical aesthetics.

Born in Detroit, I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have enjoyed a thriving career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for twenty years before honoring my true passion and finding my way to aesthetics. I obtained my Advanced Practice Nursing Degree from Purdue University Global, graduating with honors and I am now a board certified Nurse Practitioner.
I perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures. My aesthetic training includes the injectable treatments, laser, and skincare disciplines with over 200 hours of one-on-one with Tracy Holzman NP-C. I am committed to positively affecting lives by providing education, applying meticulous skill, and cultivating a memorable experience for each of my clients. I’ve always been drawn to the world of beauty, wellness, and self-care. My career began over 15 years ago as a licensed cosmetologist, where I fell in love with the way a single treatment could transform how someone felt about themselves. Nearly a decade ago I found my true calling in aesthetics, which later led me into executive leadership, partnering with aesthetics and wellness organizations to scale operations, design successful frameworks, and launch programs that elevated both patient outcomes and business growth.

As Ritual’s Practice Administrator & Social Media Director, I help bring the Ritual experience to life both in the office and online. After serving in several roles within the practice, including Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant, I have a deep understanding of the thoughtful, personalized care that makes Ritual special.
Working closely with Tracy, I oversee daily operations and our digital presence, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from their first interaction.
Outside of Ritual, I am a former professional artistic swimmer with 15 international medals, including nine World Cup victories and four gold medals from the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. I also choreograph routines for international teams around the world.
